The festival of Mahashivratri is a festival which is celebrated every year with great enthusiasm. This year the festival of Mahashivratri is being celebrated on 01st March. In such a situation, on this day, Shiva devotees worship God and keep fast. It is believed that on this day Shiva ji and Mata Parvati got married. Shri Somnath Temple- Shri Somnath Temple is in Gujarat. The Somnath temple here is considered to be the first jyotirlinga among the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. It is said that many invaders and rulers tried to destroy it, but this temple was built again and again. At the same time, it is located at Triveni Sangam i.e. the confluence of 3 rivers Kapila, Saraswati and Hiran.

Shivoham Shiva Temple- This famous Shiva temple located in the city of Bengaluru in Karnataka attracts a large number of devotees every year. Yes and here is a grand statue of Lord Shiva 65 feet high. Apart from bhajans, light shows and aartis, it is said that a meditation session is held from 12 noon to 6 am at the Shivoham Shiva Temple in the middle of the night.

Kashi Vishwanath Shiva Temple - It is located on the banks of the holy river Ganga. It was repeatedly rebuilt after the invaders had been destroyed several times. It is said that by visiting this temple, the person can get salvation.

Kedarnath Temple - It only opens between April and November. At the same time, according to the beliefs, the Kedarnath temple was built by the Pandavas. Yes, and it is the tallest of the 12 Jyotirlingas in India.
