Indias biggest OTT Platform Amazon Prime released the teaser for Vikram's next Tamil film Mahaan on Monday. The teaser shows the rise of an ordinary man to become a liquor baron, as well as his inevitable fall. The teaser begins with a view of a group of people protesting the sale of alcoholic beverages. A father wants his son to promise him that he will grow up to be like Mahatma Gandhi, a man of high principles. However, the young boy (Vikram) has grown up to become a local liquor baron in the next scene.
Let us tell you that for the first time, Vikram and Dhruv Vikram are seen together in Mahaan. In the teaser's final shot, Dhruv may be seen. The film is thought to be about a son's efforts to reform his father. The film, directed by Karthik Subbaraj and produced by Lalit Kumar, follows a series of events that alter the lives of an ordinary man and those around him.

Bobby Simhaa and Simran play pivotal roles in Mahaan. On February 10th, the film will be released worldwide on Amazon Prime Video. Mahaan will be released in three languages: Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada. Maha Purusha will be the Kannada title for the film.
Meanwhile, Vikram will star in Mani Ratnam's next epic Ponniyin Selvan. Vikram will play one of the main roles in the film, which is his first collaboration with the filmmaker in a decade. Cobra, a Tamil action thriller, is also in the works. Former Indian pacer Irrfan Pathan plays the antagonist in the film, which marks Vikram and AR Rahman's third collaboration following 'Raavanan' and 'I'.
Kiccha Sudeep's film is going to make a splash in the cinema halls soon.
