Narsinghpur: A sad story has come out of Narsinghpur in Madhya Pradesh today, i.e., on Monday. Mahant Kanak Bihari Maharaj died in a horrific road accident on Barman-Sagri National Highway-44. While trying to save the bike rider, his car collided with the divider and overturned, and two people, including Maharaj, died in this accident. The police have started investigating this matter.

Let us tell you that Mahant Kanak Bihari Das Maharaj came into the limelight by donating more than one crore rupees for the construction of the Shri Ram temple being built in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. Kanak Bihari Das Maharaj, known as Raghuvansh Shiromani 1008, was also recognised as a national saint of the Raghuvanshi community. Maharaj's ashram was located at Noni in the Chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh. Kanak Maharaj was going back to Chhindwara from Prayagraj in UP. Meanwhile, he lost his life in a road accident on Barman-Sagri National Highway-44. Maharaja Kanak was engaged in the preparation of the Yagya to be held in Ayodhya.

Rajkumar Raghuvanshi, head of the Narsinghpur district unit of Raghuvanshi Samaj, has informed that Mahant Kanak Maharaj has donated Rs 1 crore for the Ram temple in Ayodhya. Along with this, Maharaj was going to conduct the 9th Kundiya Yagya in Ayodhya from February 10 to 17, 2024. For the preparation of the same, he was going to all the villages of Raghuvanshi Samaj.
