Mumbai: The power loom factory wall collapsed in the Thane district of Maharashtra last Friday, causing a major accident. In fact, in the Bhiwandi area of ​​Thane, the wall of a power loom factory fell at around 5 pm last evening. During this accident, three laborers were killed and 4 laborers were injured. According to reports, the injured were rushed to a nearby hospital at the same time, and continue to be treated there.

According to reports, the condition of one person in the injured is said to be critical. On the other hand, in Koraput district of Odisha, three women died in a landslide caused by rain on Friday. While another woman was seriously injured. In this case, police have said that the landslide occurred in Podaguda area when women were collecting white clay or limestone for planting on the walls and floors of their houses.

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has expressed deep grief over the accident. Along with this, he has announced an ex-gratia amount of Rs five lakh from the Chief Minister Relief Fund for the families of the deceased women. So far, many such cases have been reported and along with corona infection, there is a steady increase in these cases as well.
