Mumbai: A man jumped into a well in Maharashtra's Chandrapur district and committed suicide. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot. The body was fished out of the well and the matter was investigated. According to information, the young man's wife had left the house without informing anyone. She was going to marry another person. The husband was so upset that he gave up his life.   
 
The incident took place in Chimur tehsil of Chandrapur. Govinda Sadashiv Dhanorkar, 40, was married 12 years ago. But they have no children. The wife believed that the husband was lacking, so she was not having children and she wanted to have children. Fifteen days ago, the deceased's wife left home after talking about her relative's visit to the wedding and did not come back. One day, her wife told him over the phone that she was going to have a second marriage. On hearing this, Govind got upset and started fearing notoriety in society. Govinda then left home in the afternoon with a bicycle. Reached the well outside the village, threw the bicycle and jumped into the well while running. The villagers around rushed to catch him, but by then it was too late. 

As soon as the incident was reported, the police reached the spot and took the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem. Police said the deceased's wife had left him and was about to get married again. Due to which he became very upset and he jumped to well and died.
