Mumbai: A criminal complaint filed at Ghatkopar police station against the BJP leader in Maharashtra claimed that "Pravin Y. Tiwari also argued, "However, in his statutory affidavits in Form 26 for two elections, Darekar has mentioned his profession on oath as the independent business of his wife Sally Darekar.'' Tiwari also said, "This is clearly a false misleading declaration on the basis of which he was elected to the House on both occasions. He is cheating the Government through full salary, allowances, and honorarium privileges.''
