Corona breaks all records in Maharashtra, 8641 new cases found in one day

Mumbai: In the last 24 hours in Maharashtra, 8641 cases of coronavirus have been reported in which 266 people who died. After more than eight and a half thousand cases have been registered in the state, the figure of infected has increased to 2 lakh 84 thousand 281. So far, 1 lakh 58 thousand 140 people have recovered from corona infection in Maharashtra, out of which 5527 people have been discharged in the last one day. So far, 11,194 people have lost their lives in the state.

There have been 1476 reported cases of coronavirus in the last one day in Mumbai. After this, the total number of cases in Mumbai has been 97950. The number of active cases in Mumbai is 24307, whereas after 56 deaths on the previous day, so far 5523 people have lost their lives due to corona. In the regular bulletin issued by the state, it has been reported that the recovery rate in the state is 55.63 percent, while the death rate here is 3.94 percent. Out of 2,84,281 samples conducted so far in Maharashtra, 14,46,386 samples tested positive.

On the other hand, former Maharashtra CM Shivajirao Patil Nilangekar has been found to be coronavirus positive in Latur district on Thursday. A senior official said that the 88-year-old leader has been admitted to a hospital in Pune, about 320 km from Latur.
