Mumbai: Corona's havoc in the country continues to grow. New cases of infections are being reported daily, breaking old records. On Tuesday, 43.2 thousand samples were tested in Maharashtra. Earlier on Monday, 46 thousand 616 investigations were done. There are five districts in the state, where the recovery rate has exceeded 80%. Mumbai has 81.3 percent, Hingoli 82.1 percent, Thane 81.9 percent, Akola 80.9 percent, and Gadchiroli 86.8 percent recovery rate. The Union Health Ministry released Coronavirus data on Wednesday morning. According to this, 67 thousand 151 cases were reported in the last 24 hours. 1059 people lost their lives. The number of patients has increased to 32 lakh 34 thousand 475 in the country so far. Among them, there are 7 lakh 7 thousand 267 active cases. 24 lakh 67 thousand 759 people have gone to recovery. So far 59 thousand 449 people have died in the country.

According to the information given by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), 8 lakh 23 thousand 992 corona tests were conducted in the country on Tuesday. With this, 3 crores 76 lakh 51 thousand 512 samples have been tested so far.
