Mumbai: Crime cases in Maharashtra are increasing day by day. Now, recently also, there has been a shocking case. In fact, the Bibvewadi police here have caught a man who was cheating people by calling himself an Indian Army officer. He is said to have had an affair with about 53 women as army officers and had married 4 different women. As per the information received, He was cheating in the name of getting a job in the Army.

In the case, police said, 26-year-old Yogesh Dattu Gaikwad, a resident of Kannada taluka in Aurangabad, has cheated more than 20 youths in the name of getting jobs in the Army. Police said Yogesh was also involved in the fraud by a man named Sanjay Shinde, a resident of Hamadnagar, who described himself as Yogesh's bodyguard in front of people. According to the police, they have recovered 12 army uniforms and other objectionable material from Sanjay and Yogesh.

Police said Yogesh was having an affair with about 53 women through social media and used to reach out to their relatives through women and then cheat them by dreaming of getting a job in the army. An investigation conducted by the police revealed that Yogesh has had four marriages so far. His two wives are from Pune, one from Amravati and one from Aurangabad. Talking about the case, Senior Inspector Sunil Javre said that our initial investigation revealed that Yogesh has dated 53 women. Two of these marriages took place in the Dharamshalas of Alandi and two in other temples. He was targeting women through social media.
