Mumbai: A case of embarrassing case has come up, here the accused headmaster did obscene acts with seven minor girls. Police have arrested the headmaster under Section 376 and the POCSO Act of the IPC.

The villagers held the teacher hostage in the school after the girl students complained and informed the police about the incident. According to minor girls, this had been going on for a long time. The government was conducting a public awareness programme on 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao' in the same area. At the same time, the headmaster was carrying out this heinous act.

As soon as the school started on Monday at the behest of Maharashtra's Uddhav Thackeray government, Bhaurao Tumde, a 57-year-old headmaster, molested a class V student at Zilla Parishad school in Kem Tukum village under Ballarpur tehsil, over which the villagers took the headmaster hostage in the school itself. The Ballarpur police reached the spot and controlled the situation and arrested the headmaster.
