Pune: After Rahul Gandhi resigned as the National President of the Congress Party, a 28-year-old electronics engineer from Pune, Maharashtra, has expressed his desire to apply for the post of Congress President. Gajanand Hosle, who works as a manager at a manufacturing firm in Pune, wants to apply for the post of Congress President.
