Mumbai: Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh has said on Sunday that 'the state government will recruit 12,000 posts of police constables. Of these, orders will be issued soon for an appointment to 5,295 posts. Indeed, Home Minister Anil Deshmukh also said in the conversation that, 'The graph of crime in Nagpur city has come down considerably compared to the year 2019'.
Home minister Anil Deshmukh told all these things to reporters in Nagpur district. You must have known that he is an MLA from Katol seat in Nagpur district. He told reporters that, 'A total of 12,000 constables will be recruited in the state police, out of which 5,295 posts will be appointed soon in the first phase.' He further said that necessary orders will be issued to the unit commanders in this regard. Apart from this, he also said that, on the lines of Mumbai Police, a mounted police unit will also be set up in Nagpur.
During this time, when he was asked, 'When will more than 11,000 detainees released on parole from various jails be sent back to jail.?' So on this question, Anil Deshmukh said, "The threat of coronavirus is not over yet".
