Bollywood actor Salman Khan is currently busy with the promotions of his upcoming movie Bharat. The makers of the movie including the star cast are leaving no stones unturned in promoting it everywhere. In between all these, Salman had been in the news recently for an entirely different reason.

According to some reports, the superstar was believed to have decided to buy the remake rights of the Mahesh Babu starrer Maharshi. We all know that the Telugu film has received tremendous response from the audiences and has been a huge hit. But recently, when asked about the same, Salman Khan has denied the speculations by saying that he hasn't even watched the movie Maharshi. The actor went on to say that the movie has just got released and that he has no plans of remaking it in Hindi. He also shared about his love for South Indian movies by saying that he has recently watched a South Indian movie named Taqdeer.

On the professional front, Salman Khan will be next seen in the movie Bharat which is going to be released on June 5, 2019. The movie also stars Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff, Tabu and Sunil Grover in the lead roles. The movie happens to be a remake of the 2014 South Korean movie Ode To My Father. Salman is also shooting for another upcoming movie Dabangg 3. He will also be seen opposite Alia Bhatt in the movie Inshallah.
