Superstar Mahesh Babu starrer Maharshi is breaking the old records and setting up the new ones with each passing day. According to the traders report, Maharshi has crossed rs 1 Cr marks at RTC X Roads and Mahesh Babu starrer is the 4th movie which has achieved this feat in just 10 day. This is a non-Baahubali 2 record. Maharshi has surpassed previous best grossers like Baahubali (Rs. 91.17 lakhs), Rangasthalam (Rs. 89.76 lakhs) and 2.0 (Rs. 85.12 lakhs)

Mahesh Babu leads the list with 8 one cr grossing movies in RTC X Roads. But the movie became fail to beat SS Rajamouli’s directorial venture Baahubali. Baahubali 2 still stands on top with record numbers of Rs. 1.66 crore. Going by its pace at the box office, it is pretty sure that Maharshi is going to break many other records by the time it completes its lifetime run.

It is heard that Mahesh Babu starrer has crossed the Rs 8-crore mark in the UAE. If reports are to be believed, Maharshi is nearing the Rs 85-crore mark.

Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, and produced by Dil Raju, C. Ashwini Dutt, and Prasad V. Potluri through their production companies Sri Venkateswara Creations, Vyjayanthi Movies, and PVP Cinema. In the second week also Maharshi starring Mahesh Babu, managed to continue with the buzz and got over 170 shows in all major multiplexes.
