Marathi films and Bollywood actor and film director Mahesh Manjrekar had reported cancer some time ago and surprised people. In fact, he had revealed that he was suffering from bladder cancer. His fans were worried after his revelation. But now recently he has revealed new and given good news to his fans. In fact, he has also given a piece of good news to his fans during the trailer launch of his film 'Last: The Final Truth'. He said that now he has become cancer-free. The trailer of Salman Khan and his brother-in-law Ayush Sharma starrer Antim launched last Monday.

Speaking to the media during the same trailer launch event, Mahesh Manjrekar said, "The surgery he underwent a few months ago was completely complete and the actor is now cancer-free.'' Mahesh himself looked extremely happy to say this. He said, 'During Antim, I was diagnosed with cancer. I shot the last part when I had cancer and I was taking chemotherapy. Today, I am happy to tell all of you that I am cancer-free.''

Mahesh further said, 'When I was told I had cancer, I was not shocked. I accepted it. There are many people who get cancer, but they fight and live life. So it didn't bother me a lot. My team was taking care and helping, I had no problem. I was quite comfortable. Both Salman and Ayush were very helpful.' Mahesh underwent surgery about 2 months ago and his surgery was completely successful.
