NEW DELHI: The Central government has transferred the current Finance Secretary Subhash Chandra Garg to the Ministry of Energy in a bureaucratic reshuffle. According to an order issued on Wednesday evening, the next secretary of the DIPM will be Anil Kumar Khachi. He is an IAS officer of the Himachal Pradesh cadre of 1986 batch.
