150 g tamarind
50 g jaggery
500 g moyan and oil for fry
salt to taste

Method of making bowl chaat - First add oil (moyan) to the flour to make a bowl of maida and knead like flour with a little water. Now then make a dough of flour and roll it. Now place the rolled flour puris on a vomit bowl and shape the bowl. Then heat oil in a pan, then fry the puris in oil with a bowl, separated automatically from the entire bowl while frying. Now put tamarind and jaggery in water for an hour for chutney and extract it and mix black salt, cumin seeds, red chillies well in tamarind and jaggery to make sour-sweet chutney. Then heat oil in a pan on one side, mash ginger, boiled oils, then add finely chopped green chillies, turmeric, boiled white peas, red chillies, salt, roasted cumin seeds to the aloos and fry well. Now put the potato masala in maida bowls, add scabies, curd and tamarind chutney from the top and place it on a plate and serve for everyone and eat and feed hot.
