Milk - 1 liter, rice - 1 tbsps, water - 3 cups, sugar - 100 grams, raisins - 1 tbsps, almonds, cashews, pistachios (finely chopped) - 2 tbsps, saffron flavors - 12-15, cardamom powder- 1 tsp
1- To make Kesaria Shahi Kheer first, take rice in a bowl and pour three cups of water in it. Now cover it for 1 hour.
2- Now put two teaspoons of milk in a second bowl and put saffron threads in it. Now add milk in a pan and heat it when the milk becomes thick, then add roasted rice and sugar to it and cook it for 15 minutes.
3- Now add cardamom powder and saffron milk and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame.
4- Now heat the ghee in a pan and add cashews and raisins in it and fry it. Now add dry fruits to kheer and mix it.
5- Take your royal kesariya kheer, ready, now serve it hotly.
