Everybody likes chocolate, whether it is a child or a big one, so today we have bring you the recipe of Pumpkin Chocolate. So, lets start .
Ingredients
Slice of pumpkin - 300 grams, water - 1 liter, sugar - 400 grams, cinnamon stick - 2 inches, star Inieje - 2
chocolates - 350 grams (grated)
Method
1- To make Pumpkin chocolate first, cut 300 grams of Pumpkin into thin thin slices and then hole it with toothpick in all its slices.
2- Now put a pan on the gas and heat it by adding 1 liter of water. When the water starts boiling, add 400 grams of sugar, 2 inch cinnamon stick and 2 star anise and mix it well.
3- Now boil this water until it dissolves sugar,
4- Now add the slices of pumpkin into it and mix it well. Now cook it till it becomes soft.
6- Now take a bowl and grind 350 grams of chocolate in it, keep it in the microwave and then melt it, keep pumpkin slices on a tray now. And put molten chocolate on all these slices.
7- Now put the tray in freezer for 3 to 5 minutes.
8- Your pumpkin chocolate ready. Serve.
