Make spicy Hakka noodles at home

Noodles are a popular type of cuisine that appeals to a wide range of people. Noodles are simple to prepare and take little work or time. We all almost live on instant noodles, especially on days when we want something full but don't feel like preparing anything spectacular. Hakka noodles are at the top of the list when it comes to popular noodle dishes.

Cabbage, carrots, and onions are among the veggies used in this meal. Make street-style Hakka noodles at home with this spicy and flavorful dish.

 

*Bring 1 package of plain noodles and a pinch of salt to a boil in water. Drain the water after cooking them for 1-2 minutes. Place them in a bowl of cold water and set them aside.

*In a wok, heat some chilli oil. 12 tsp minced garlic, 12 inch ground ginger, and 1 medium-sized onion thinly sliced should be added to this. Cook for a few minutes on high heat.

*Add 1 julienned carrot, julienned bell peppers, and coarsely sliced cabbage. Season with salt to taste and thoroughly combine.

*Add 12 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp red chilli sauce, and 12 tsp chilli vinegar after the veggies are soft and supple. Toss in the boiled noodles and give them a nice toss to make sure they're evenly covered. Serve immediately.
