1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 pinch heeng
Salt to taste

How to make palak cheela recipe – First of all, wash the spinach two to three times with water and remove it in a sieve. After this, when the spinach water is dry, cut it finely. Now finely chop onions, tomatoes, ginger, green chillies as well. After this, add finely chopped spinach ginger onion green chilies in a large bowl and mix it by adding besan to it. Now add cumin seeds, asafoetida, celery, black pepper powder, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and mix it well with your hands first. After this, add a little water to it and prepare a thick solution of it, keep in mind that the solution should not have any kernels at all. Now cover it for 5 minutes and keep it on one side. After this, heat a frying pan, smooth the griddle with oil. After this, add a tablespoon of the mixture to a lightly heated pan and spread it with a spoon (spread as thinly as possible) in a medium flame and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes. Now remove the lid and check and pour a spoonful of oil from the top and edge. Cook until the brown chiti comes from one side. After that, turn the chilla carefully and cook in a medium flame until the brown chiti comes from the other side. Prepare all the chillas in the same way, if you like to eat crispy chiles, add a spoonful of oil and bake the chillas from both sides until it is good crispy.
