Cho Kulche Chole: To make the kulcha, dissolve the sugar in the lukewarm water and add the yeast. Add salt, oil, curds, and yeast mixture to the flour and knead into a soft dough using lukewarm water. Punch and knead again when risen and doubled, then allow to rise again. Preheat the oven to 350°F and arrange the rolled kulchas on baking pans. Bake for 5-7 minutes in a preheated oven.
To make the chole, soak the chickpeas in water with baking soda overnight. Then add salt, mango powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, powdered clove, dried ginger, coriander powder, carrom powder, and powdered cinnamon and simmer it on low heat.
