Dates (Khajur) are very beneficial for our health, especially during the winter season it can bring many benefits to our health, so today we bring you recipe of Tasty and Healthy Dates Milk Shake .So let's know the easy recipe to make the date milk shake. 

Ingredients 

Khajur- 250 gm, milk- 200 ml, ice-130 grams, sugar- 50 grams, milk-cream- 120 grams, milk- 300 ml

Method 

1- To make Khajur Milk Shake, first take 250 grams of dates in a bowl, now it is 200 ml. Add milk and mix it well and keep it covered for 3 to 4 hours.

2- Now the soaked soaked milk in the milk, 130 grams of ice, 50 grams of sugar, 120 grams of milk cream, 300 ml. Add milk and grind it well.

3-  your dates milkshakes is ready. Now add it to the glass and serve it.
