Oars are very beneficial of the our health. The nutrient composition of oats is well-balanced.They are a good source of carbs and fiber, including the powerful fiber beta-glucan. They also contain more protein and fat than most grains They  are loaded with important vitamins, minerals and antioxidant plant compounds. So  Let's know the recipe for making special bananas and oats.

Ingredients 

Oats - 50 grams, Banana - 200gm, honey - 1/2 tbsps, peanut butter - 2 tbsps, cheeses seeds - 1 tbsps, almond milk - 300 ml

Method

1- To make special make and omelet smoothes, first make 50 grams of oats, 200 grams banana, 1 1/2 tbspspoon honey, 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 tbsp of chia seeds and 300 ml. Add almond milk and mix it well.

2- When it mixes well, put it in a glass.

3- Oats smoothie is ready. Now serve it by garnishing it with banana slices.
