Most people like non-veg food. If you also like to eat non-veg, then today we have brought you the recipe of crispy chicken pakoda. To treat yourself, you may have used chicken pakora in the market many times, but you can make delicious chicken pakodas even at home.
Material:
Boneless chicken- 400 gms, red chili-2 tsp, coriander powder- 1 tsp, ginger-garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp, garam masala - 1 tsp, fennel - 1 teaspoon, turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon, lemon juice - 1 tsp, curry leaves - 5-6, gram flour - 80 grams, rice flour - 1 tbsps, water - 70ml, oil-to fry
1- Take 400 grams of boneless chicken in a bowl to make chicken pakora. Now add two spoonful of red chillies, one spoon coriander powder, half teaspoon ginger garlic paste, half teaspoon salt, one spoonful of garam masala, one spoon cumin and half a spoon turmeric mix well.
2- Now add half a teaspoon of lemon juice and keep it covered for 15 to 20 minutes. So that it would be well marinated.
3- Now add 80 grams of gram flour, one spoon rice flour and 70 ml water into a second bowl and make paste. Now heat oil in a pan and fry Deep Golden Brown by wrapping the chicken in gram flour.
4- Now put it in the plate and serve hot fitters with chutney and tomato sauce.
