Everybody on the occasion of Diwali makes some sweets in their homes. If you want to try different this time, then we have come to you with the recipe to make malpua. These are very tasty and you can easily make it at home. Let's know the recipes to make malpua.
Flour - 1 cup, milk powder - ½ cup, semolina - 2 tbsps, fennel - ½ teaspoon, milk - 1 cup
(For sugar syrup)
Sugar- 1 cup, water- ½ cup, cardamom powder- ¼ tsp
For oil-frying, dry fruits - for garnish
1- To make malupua, first take a dough in a bowl. Now add milk powder, semolina and milk to make a thick slurry.
2- Cover it for 20 minutes. Now add sugar and water in a pan, boil for 5 minutes. When sugar is completely mixed, add cardamom powder to it and mix it well and keep it covered.
3- Now heat the oil in a pan and spread it by adding a prepared mixture to it. Now fry it on low flame for 1 minute.
4- Now turn it aside and fry on the other side. Likewise, prepare all the malpua.
5- Now add malpua in prepared syrup and dip for 5 minutes. Take it is ready for your friends. Now decorate it with dry fruits and serve it.
