1- To make Paneer Chilli Parath, first of all take 300 grams of flour in a vessel. Add 1 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of oil, 160 ml water and knead the soft dough. Now cover it for a while.
2- Now take 150 grams of mangoes in a bowl. Now add 1 spoonful of green chilli, 45 gram capsicum, 2 teaspoons coriander and mix it well.
3- Now take a little portion of the flour and make a loin. Now roll it off and add a mixture made into it.
4- Now take it like a parantha. Now put this paratha on a hot pan and allow it for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides.
5- Now put some ghee on it and keep it till brown. your paneer chilli paratha is ready. Now serve it with a tomato sauce.
