Paneer - 100 gm (mashed), soya granules - fourth cup (boiled-mashed), cabbage-fourth tsp (cauliflower), capsicum- half cup (finely chopped), carrot-1 (finely chopped), tomato-1 (finely) Chopped onions - 1 (finely chopped), green chilli -1-2 (finely chopped), red chili powder - half teaspoon, chili sauce - 1 tsp, tomato sauce - 1 tsp, black pepper - half teaspoon (ground) , Butter - 2-3 tsp, salt - according to taste
Now, to make soya-paneer momos, first pour the flour in a bowl and put oil, baking powder, salt and water in it and then wrap it well and keep it covered for an hour. Now heat the nonstick pan to make stuffing and add two tsp butter in it. When the butter is melted, add onion, green chilli, cabbage, carrot, tomato, chili sauce, tomato sauce, salt and black pepper and fry for five minutes. Now add soya and paneer in it and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now make a small dough from the kneaded dough to make the mumose and let them dilute like a round full. Now put a teaspoon stuffing in it and fold it off from the four sides. In this way, make all the Momos. Put the Momos in serving plate with Momos sauce.
