New Delhi: Due to the economic slowdown going on in the country these days, the business-industry has been troubled. Due to which many companies have decided to cut or stop their production. The negative impact of which is visible on employment. Another company has joined this list. German auto component Bosch India has decided to shut down its production for ten days in every month of the third quarter. The company has taken this step due to the ongoing economic slowdown in the country.

Giving this information, an official said, "I have told the stock exchange in a regulatory filing on Friday that we will stop production for 10 days every month during the third quarter (October-December), 2019." Due to the shutdown of production for 10 days in a month, production at its plants across the country will decrease by 30 days compared to 90 days. The company has 18 manufacturing and seven development and application centers across India. Bosch India Chairman V.K. Vishwanathan said in a recent statement that the global economy is going through many uncertainties and ups and downs.

There is increasing business tension, there is a need to reorient the global business model by resolving nationalist perspectives and Brexit related issues. Let me tell you that Maruti Suzuki stopped the production of passenger vehicles on September 7 and 9 at its Gurugram and Manesar plant citing the economic slowdown. Due to the continuous decline in sales, Maruti decided to reduce production for the 8th consecutive month. The company reduced production by 33.99% in August and 25.15% in July.
