Groundnut - 250 g (roasted)
Mawa- 100 g (roasted)
Makhana - 50 g
Sugar - 200 g
Ground cardamom - 2 tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp


How to make makhana-groundnut barfi- First heat ghee in a pan add makhana and bake till crispy. Now, when it is cold, grind to a fine powder. Now make a two-wire sugar syrup. Then add mawa, groundnut, small cardamom powder and mix well together. Now spread it in a greased deep tray and cut the pieces into the desired shape when frozen.
