The first tournament of the 2022 Grand Chess Tour, the final and ninth round of the Super Bet Classic chess, has seen a thrill and french grandmaster and current world rapid champion Maqsim Lagrave, who was once seen away from the title race in the competition, has managed to win the title by winning the tiebreak.  

In fact, what happened was that the leading us in the final round, Wessely So and Levon Aronian of the USA, played safely, and played out a draw with compatriots Domingez Perez and Shakharier Mamedyarov of Azerbaijan respectively and scored a total of 5.5 points. Wesley and Aronian equalized and then there was a rapid tiebreak in the middle of the trio according to the rules of the tournament.   

In this, Maksim proved his mastery and managed to win the title by defeating both So and Aronian. Maksim has won the title with about 60 million, while Wesley and Aronian have also got 52 lakh men's forms. The other players were Romania's Daniel Bogdan, USA's Domingez Perez and Fabiano Caruana 4.5 points, France's Alireza and Russia's Yan Nepominsi scored 4 points, Hungary's Richard Rapport and Azerbaijan's Shakharier Mamedyarov scored 3.5 points.
