Malaika Arora had suffered a lot due to corona infection but is now recovering. She had gained weight during that time but now Malaika has returned to her old avatar and has also lost weight. Malaika's Covid report came positive on September 5 last year and now it has been many months since she recovered. Now she has returned to her old style. In fact, Malaika Arora shared a collage of her pictures on her Instagram account showing how she gained weight when she was unable to work out after being infected with corona. But yes now after hard work Malaika has regained her old avatar. Posting these pictures, she captioned it as 'You are very lucky', 'It must have been very easy for you', such things I hear every day. Yes, I am very grateful for some things in my life, but luck has played a very small role in it. And it's all been easy? No, not at all. My covid test came positive on September 5 and it was a very bad experience. Whoever is saying that they recovers easily from the corona, understand that they has either a tremendous immunity or knows nothing about the struggle of the corona. I have gone through it myself and so the word 'easy' is not right for me".

At the same time, she further wrote, 'It physically broke me. It was very heavy and difficult to walk 2 steps. Getting up, getting out of bed, wanting to stand at your window, was all a journey in itself. I had gained weight. I was weak, the stamina was gone. He was away from the family and did not know how many such problems. Finally, on 26th September, my covid test came negative and I am thankful for it. But the weakness was still there. I felt very bad that the body was not supporting the way my mind was feeling. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to regain my strength. I wondered if I would be able to complete an activity in 24 hours?'

Malaika further revealed that her condition deteriorated on the first day itself when she started working out to lose weight. She wrote in the post, 'My first workout was very difficult. I couldn't do anything in any way. It was broken. But the next day I got up again and told myself that I would make myself. And then came the third day, then the fourth and everything went on. It has been 32 weeks since I came with covid negative and now Finally I have started feeling myself. Now I can work out the same way as Covid used to do before being positive. I can breathe in a manner and physically, mentally feel very strong".
