West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday branded the BJP-led government at the Centre as "adulterated," accusing it of mismanaging the country's economy through actions such as demonetization and the use of national agencies to stifle the opposition.
'The BJP-led government in Delhi is a forgery. They have ruined the economy of the country by making terrible policies such as demonetization. It was a big scam," she stated during a TMC workers' meeting in the Purulia district.
Banerjee went on to say that the country's residents are "fed up with the anti-people regime at the centre." "Let me state unequivocally that the BJP will not run in the Lok Sabha elections in 2024." It has to go. The BJP has no chance of regaining power," she stated.
