Kolkata: Polling is underway in West Bengal in the sixth phase of assembly elections, while TMC supremo and CM Mamata Banerjee are campaigning for the seventh phase of assembly seats. Addressing a rally in South Dinajpur, he has put the BJP in the dock on the corona vaccine issue, blaming PM Modi for the corona crisis. Mamata has also hit out at the Central government over vaccine prices.

CM Mamata said that the cases of corona infection that have increased from Bengal to the entire country today and this is due to Narendra Modi.  She said Narendra Modi is responsible for the deaths caused by corona. Mamata Banerjee said why everyone was vaccinated 6 months ago. Why was the central government still hiding the vaccine? She said that when we asked the Centre for the vaccine, it was refused, while I am ready to pay for the vaccine. Even then why bengal is not getting the vaccine.

CM Mamata said the BJP politically talks about one country, one party, one politician, but 1 vaccine is being sold at vaccine time and at different prices. Why not have one vaccine one price in the country. Why centre buy at 150 rupees and a state buy at rs. 400. Isn't this biasness with states? Mamata demanded that the vaccine is emergency and everyone should get it at the same price and by the way it should be given for free.
