Bengal CM further said that 'I received a letter from Under Secretary yesterday, which said that Prime Minister will unveil Netaji's statue at 7 pm and you should be there at 6 pm. Mamata further said that's why I paid tribute to Netaji by garlanding the statue here this afternoon, I will not go to that program.
