Bengal Chief Secretary HK Dwivedi has directed all DMs in the state to provide door-to-door food to poor corona patients. On Monday, 31,030 corona tests were conducted in Bengal, with more than 6,000 new positive cases. Now the total number of active cases in the state has increased to 20189. The discharge rate has been reported at 97.58 per cent, while the mortality rate has been 1.20 per cent. On the other hand, the positivity rate has been recorded at 19.59 per cent. According to the report, 14,99,077 corona tests have been conducted in the state so far.
