In Thiruvananthapuram, a 20-year-old man was arrested here Thursday for allegedly abducting and raping a minor girl last month, as per stated by police.
The accused was charged under sections of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POSCO) Act.
The police as per the sources news said 'A first class judicial magistrate court in Neyyattinkara later remanded him to two weeks judicial custody.
