Jammu: The person booked in the case of rioting nine years ago has been arrested yesterday as per stated by police. The police officer as per the sources news said “Rishi, a resident of Resham Ghar colony in Jammu city was arrested. A local court had issued a warrant against the absconder”
He further said that “The accused was booked under section 451 (house trespass in order to commit offence), 147 (punishment for rioting) and 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) of Ranbir Panel Code (RPC)”
