A strange incident comes to light in which a man filed a petition against video-sharing giant YouTube demanding compensation of Rs 75,000 in the supreme court. As per the information, the man identified as Anand Kishore Choudhary has blamed YouTube for distracting him and causing him to fail job entrance exam. He in his petition claimed in the Supreme Court that he watched 'sexual content' on YouTube that distracted him from his aim and he failed the Job Exam.

As per the information, The court also, dismissed his plea and imposed a cost of Rs 25,000 on him. According to Anand Kishor Choudhary's petition,  the sexual content advertisements allegedly distracted him while he was studying for a state exam and he eventually failed to clear the test. He then filed a plea in apex court demanding Rs 75,000 compensation from YouTube.

Justice Sanjay Kishan kaula also told the petitioner, who unsuccessfully appeared in some state service selection exam, that he had the option of not watching the YouTube site as it was not suitable. To this Anand responded saying he was forced to access YouTube channels for research related to studies but it was full of explicit videos which distracted him. The Supreme Court bench said there is nothing the court could do in such matters.

 The court further termed the petition “frivolous” and threatened to impose a cost of Rs one lakh for wasting court’s time. After the petitioner pleaded for leniency and the fine amount was reduced to Rs 25,000. However the petition loses 25000 in the case instead he demanded compensation in the case.
