According to the information, a 55-year-old man was trampled by an unknown vehicle on the Nawalpur-Bhagalpur road in the Salempur Kotwali area. People from the vicinity rushed him to the hospital at Salempur Hospital, where doctors declared him dead. The police then took possession of the body and tried to identify the deceased. On receiving the information of the accident, Ravindra, a resident of Srinagar village under the Mayal police station area, reached the hospital with the family, after seeing the clothes of the deceased, he identified him as his father Phulesar Rajbhar. The family was shocked by Phuleser's death.

After this, the police punched the body and sent it to the hospital for postmortem. Meanwhile, someone informed that the person (Phulesar) whose body has been sent for post-mortem is drinking tea at a crossroads in Srinagar village. Phulesar's family members were also informed of this and a young man from the village rushed to his house by sitting on a bike. As soon as the people present there saw Phulesar alive, everyone was stunned and a wave of happiness ran into the house where everyone was mourning.
