In this case, the victim has filed a complaint of rape at a hotel in Agra Chowk, in the pretext of marriage. At the same time, she said in her complaint that "She used to come to the temple located in the village Kushlipur on the occasion of Guru Purnima. Seven-eight months ago, he met the accused resident of Kushlipur village. In this case, it is being told that he started talking to her through Facebook and proposed her for marriage. She said that the accused trapped her in his love. On 13 May, the victim went to ISKCON temple in Udhampur (Jammu) and there was a plan to go to Vaishno Devi temple. At the same time, he called the victim and he said that he is coming to Katra. From here, both of them will go to the Vaishno Devi temple and get married.
After that, both of them went to Vaishno Devi. There, he filled the vermilion on the victim's demand and both stayed in a hotel and the accused raped the victim, saying they both are now husband and wife. When the victim asked her to get their marriage registered, he got furious and took away her. After this he called the victim to Faridabad, asking to get her marriage registered. He said that tomorrow the court will open and they will get the marriage registered. Two days later, she reached Meerut and brought the victim with him to Palwal.
Saying that it was too late in the night, he took the victim to his factory in Dhaulagarh village and raped her there. The next day, the accused took the victim to the posh hotel in Agra Chowk and raped her again and came there saying that you stay here, I am preparing the papers. After that, he did not return to the hotel. In this case, he called the victim further and said that he had persuaded his parents and would now register the marriage. But after this, his parents intimidated the victim and said that his son is married and has two children. Now the police have filed a case in this matter.
