When his heart was full, he pushed the girl from the roof, which causes a fracture in her both feet.

In this case, recently, the Kotwali police registered a case under section 376 (2) (n), 366A, 313, 307 against Rajesh Rathore son Ramkumar Rathore, accused on Thursday. Kotwali inspector Prafulla Rai said, "On the information received from the district hospital, the accused has been arrested on Thursday and the case has been registered." He said that in our complaint, the 26-year-old victim said, "In May 2019, I came to Anuppur for my sister's wedding where I got identified with Rajesh Rathore."

She further said, "On 26 May and 18 July, Rajesh Rathore came to Bhopal and raped me and on 24 August, brought me to Anuppur in Bhopal on the pretext of getting married and kept raping me for 4 months in a house in Chetnagar. Due to which I got pregnant for 1 month and 15 days, on December 8, Rajesh forcefully fed me a contraceptive pill which led to more bleeding. On the evening of 17 December, both were on the roof, where the bleeding was not stopped, on which he got angry and dropped me from the roof, which caused injuries to my feet, then he took me to the district hospital Anuppur, at his behest, I told everyone I was told to slip and fall, I could not get up from the bed due to the fact that both the legs got fixed and Rajesh stopped paying attention to me. After which I gave information in this regard by calling my mother, after the arrival of the mother, she has come to register a complaint."
