Recently, a case of crime has been reported from Delhi where the investigation report of a youth who committed suicide by jumping from the seventh floor of Safdarjung Hospital has come. On March 18, a youth recruited as a suspect in Safdarjung committed suicide.

The police have started the age of this person as 35 years while the Health Ministry had given 23 years. According to the information received in this case, the police had said that 'the young man was admitted to the hospital from the airport, soon after which he took this step'. In this case, hospital sources had said that he was kept in a separate ward and his samples had already been taken for examination. Sources connected with this case had told that the person forcibly opened the separate ward and jumped from the building. According to the Ministry of Health, this person was living in Sydney city of Australia for the past year and reached Delhi Airport on 18 March.

On arriving at the airport in this case, he complained of a headache and the Ministry had told that he was sent to Safdarjung Hospital where he reached at around 9 pm. He was taken to the seventh floor of the hospital for examination. When the doctor arrived there, he was not found there. In this case, the ministry said in a statement that 'Meanwhile, another doctor coming out of the building saw a dead body lying on the ground at nine o'clock at night.' With this, security has been increased in hospitals after the suicide of a person and counselling of suspects is also being done when needed.
