In an incident of road rage in Nithari area of north west Delhi, a 21-year-old man was badly thrashed by nearly a dozen men. The incident occurred at around 11 pm when Daya Shankar was riding his motorbike home after buying some items from a local shop and was stopped by six men, police said.

Police further added, When he blew horn for a pass, the men didn't move and when he tried again one from the group came near his bike and allegedly threw away his ignition keys.

When Daya objected, the group attacked him. A few men called by the group also joined them. Later, they all fled away.

Some local people informed to his family about the incident.

An inquiry has been made and Efforts are on to identify the accused men said,police officer.
