According to a report, Gary Smith of Arlington briefed the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery officials about it. 'I went to see my family last week,' he explained. "I was told that a $20 scratch-off free lottery ticket is being offered by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission to promote vaccination across the country," Smith added. Because of this, I took another dose of corona vaccine and took a lottery ticket. Then, when I scratched it, I saw that I got a $1 million lottery. Continuing, Smith said, 'I couldn't believe it at first, and then later I thought it was all a complete lie. My grandmother was the first person I told me about my victory. We were both in complete shock after knowing the truth. She immediately bid to get another ticket.'
