2. What is the necessity of money or success:

The answer to this question seriously. You should know that think when you will get success, money will definitely come to you. So you give priority to success.

3. Why did you leave the old job or want to leave:

HR makes such question from the candidate often.  You can say that you want to take new challenges. 

4. Where to find yourself in the next five years:

This is a highly complicated question and in response, you can talk about a better career. You say I want to see myself at the highest position of your company.
