Make mango launji with this easy recipe

In the summer season, many tasty dishes are prepared from raw mangoes. People like to taste aam panna, aam juice, and aam ki launji pickle. Today we have brought you the easiest and perfect recipe to make mango launji. If you make launji with this method, you will like its taste very much.

Ingredients for making Mango Launji:-

Raw mangoes - 3 (500 grammes)
Jaggery - 3/4 cup (200 grams)
Oil - 2 tbsp  Cumin
Jeera, 1/2 tsp.
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp fennel
seeds - 1 tsp 
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon or as per taste.
Black salt - 1 teaspoon or as per taste 
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

Method of making Mango Launji:-

To make Mango Launji, wash the raw mangoes thoroughly and then peel them off. Then take out the mango kernels and cut them into small pieces. Then dry the mango water thoroughly. Now put the pan on the gas and heat it by adding oil. When the oil is hot, add fenugreek seeds and fennel and fry it according to the ingredients. Now add turmeric powder to it, then add chopped mango pieces and cook for a while. Then add 1 cup of water and mix it well. After mixing the water, add salt, black salt, and red chili powder and mix. Now let the mixture cook for 5–6 minutes. The mango pieces will become soft in no time. Add finely grated jaggery and garam masala to the mango pieces and mix well. Cook the launji until the jaggery dissolves completely. Your mango launji will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes.
