Mango is eaten a lot in the summer season. In such a situation, if you like to eat mangoes, then you can make mango papad (amavat). It is not very difficult to make and it tastes best when eaten. So let's know how to make Mango Papad.

Ingredients for making Mango Papad-

Mango 1 kg
sugar 150 grams
Ghee tsp

Method of making Mango Papad- To make Mango Papad, first of all, wash the mango in fresh water and take out its peel. After that the mango should be cut into small pieces. After this, take the jar of the mixer and add mango pieces to it and make a fine paste of it. Now take a pan, add om paste and sugar and mix it. After this, let it cook on low flame on the gas for 15 to 20 minutes while stirring it continuously with the help of a ladle. Now after about 20 minutes the mango paste gets cooked completely and becomes a little thick, now turn off the gas.

After this, take two big plates, apply some ghee on both these plates and put the paste of ripe mango in these plates and spread it completely in the plate. Now keep them in the sun for 3 to 4 days to dry them. After about 4 days, the mango papad will be completely ready. Now take it out from the plate lightly with the help of a spoon and cut it into your desired shape with the help of a knife.
