In an episode of Manzil Virinja Poovu, Anjana arrives at Pratibha's room soon after the doctor leaves. She embraces Pratibha and says that they are safe because the doctor finds nothing about improving Pratibha's health. Hearing this, Pratibha reveals that the doctor had understood that she could shake her hands. She says that the doctors are helping her because of her request.

Later, Enthamma arrives at PK Nilayam and Bhaskaran is surprised. She orders Bhaskaran to take her luggage and takes her to the room. Anjana questions Enthamma as she is unable to recognize him. Enthamma yells at Anjana and orders her to get some food. Meanwhile, Suja notices Ethamma and reaches him. Suja introduces Anjana and Bhaskaran to Enthamma as their mother. Upon seeing Anjana, Anatham made some painful comments about her past. Suja gets upset about her mother's talk and requests her not to hurt Anjana.

Suja takes Anatham to her room and yells at Anjana for hurting her. She says that everyone in the house and takes good care of her. Suja also tells her mother that Mallika has found a groom for her. Suja meets Mallika with her mother. Mallika informs Anatham about Shaji's proposal. Enthamma states that he is fine with any decision taken by Mallika. On the other hand, Pratibha dreams about her past. She dreams of playing with her children before the accident. The episode ends when Prathibha panics and wakes up.
