My family is a feudal Brahmin family. Her family was well-known and prestigious in society. Surprisingly though, nobody in my family has ever complained to it. not up till now. It's challenging when someone speaks like that. I'm coming in hard, hard,  Well, I'm a tough guy. he claimed, isn't a particularly devout person. She is deeply, deeply spiritual. She is a proud Muslim, and I am a proud Hindu, but our faiths don't conflict," he continued. The actor made it clear that he will not allow any anti-religious remarks, and others around him are aware that they must not say such things in his presence because he will silence them.

“Even if they would’ve talked about the religion of my wife, they could never have the strength or the courage to speak to me on my face. Because they know that I don’t mince my words, I’m very … Doston ke beech bhi agar aisi galat baat karte hain, jo karni nahi chahiye, I don’t take it nicely… People still talk about my temper,” he said.

The actor recalled his daughter asking him about her mother's faith when she was in the third or fourth grade since it was being discussed in class. Manoj asked her what religion she liked, and she replied, "Buddhism," perhaps because at the time she was fascinated by Buddhist monks. Manoj said it was wrong to ask a child their faith at such a young age. Let them figure out their religious beliefs and who they are. Do not try to enclose them or control their thinking.
